Production of superhard materials electroplating liquid abrasive full process are: plating pre-treatment, plating, electroplating post-processing. Before plating  abrasive grinding : mechanical treatment, degreasing, etching and activation rust treatment, not plated parts  Diamond blade ; plating process including: the coating process in addition to hydrogen, the workpiece protective coating processing,  synthetic diamond , etc.; plating process includes : current impact before plating, plating base, on the sand, sticky sand, thick and other steps, which according to the requirements of the different shape of the workpiece and manual handling while adding some some operations with intermediate secondary strengthened.
There are a small part of the factory automation, semi-automated, or electromechanical control equipment production of superhard abrasive materials, automation and methods are quite different.
