The main research work are: 1, through the experimental study of the grinding speed, grinding stress, grinding time, abrasive particle size of different abrasive wheels on polycrystalline diamond removal, surface roughness. 2, for the cooling liquid pouring wet Polycrystalline diamond surfaces easily lead to bursting of the problem, the development of the cold plate cooling method for polishing. Comparative study of dry grinding and polishing of the grinding cooling cold plate removal, surface roughness. 3, by comparing the polycrystalline diamond surface morphology and microscopic images of three-dimensional ultra-depth scanning electron microscope (SEM) images of different grinding process parameters on the surface morphology of polycrystalline diamond formation and mechanism were analyzed.
