Laser trimming grinding wheel control system

Developed a single-chip microcomputer to control the core of the laser trimming grinding wheel control system. This paper is designed based on embedded Linux ARM + laser trimming grinding wheel control system, and to achieve the integration of upper and lower machine running,  abrasive wheels  a single chip parallel processing and  Diamond blade  Dresser selected on the basis of lack of signal values , while meeting the requirements of precision grinding wheel dressing. System design: overall structure of laser trimming grinding wheel system as a whole can be divided into three parts according to the functions.
