Growth type PDC Synthesis of high temperature and pressure

In the high temperature and pressure conditions, carried out using the method of infiltration growth type polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) Preparation and Properties. Adopted a new preparation method -  cubic boron nitride  melting method to prepare PDC  grinding wheel  and optimize the sample under high temperature and pressure assembly process. Conducted a growth type PDC Synthesis of high temperature and pressure. Φ8mm specifications with the preparation of the composite sheet was  abrasive wheels  synthesis parameters (pressure, temperature, time, etc.) of the synthesized samples of PDC. By SEM, EDS, XRD, Raman and other testing methods, sample analysis PDC polycrystalline diamond (PCD) layer and the bonding interface of the structural characteristics of its growth and complex mechanism. The effects of different process parameters change and PCD layer thickness on the wear resistance of PDC samples.
