Co infiltrated using catalytic method successfully synthesized diamond with boron added

More widely used in the polycrystalline diamond composite sheet, so that the synthesis of boron-containing polycrystalline diamond compact with high impact toughness and heat resistance,  synthetic diamond  service life, as well as facilitate the use of electric arc processing equipment. In this thesis, the top six sides in the domestic synthetic diamond press on the use of catalytic Co infiltration method successfully  synthetic diamond powder  with boron added growth type Φ19mm drilling boron polycrystalline diamond compact. The samples were abrasion resistance, impact resistance,  polycrystalline diamond  and other properties were tested using SEM, EDS, XRD, DSC-TG and other analytical tools, analysis of the microstructure of the samples, the high temperature binder Co high-pressure synthesis during infiltration behavior and distribution, polycrystalline diamond compact complex mechanism. Ultimately determine the appropriate stable production process parameters.
